Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions

1. Purchase and Validity

Gift vouchers are issued in pounds sterling (£), are transferable, and are delivered by email following payment.
Each voucher has a unique reference number and is valid for 24 months from the date of purchase.
Vouchers must be redeemed before their expiry date, although the course may take place later.
Expired vouchers cannot normally be redeemed or refunded, but Cranmer Studio may agree to an extension.

2. Redemption

Vouchers can be used towards any course organised by Cranmer Studio, including residential and non-residential bookings, subject to availability.
To redeem a voucher, provide its reference number when booking.
Vouchers may be used for full or partial payment, including deposits. Any outstanding balance is payable by bank transfer.
Unused voucher credit may be used towards future bookings until the original expiry date. Multiple vouchers may be combined.
Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or used for independently organised third-party events.

3. Discounts and Special Offers

Gift vouchers are a method of payment, not a promotional discount, and may be used alongside eligible offers, including Bring a Friend.
Only one promotional discount may be applied per person per booking.
Any discount is deducted from the course fee before the voucher is applied. Individual promotional terms also apply.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Voucher purchases: Purchasers may cancel within 14 days of purchase, provided the voucher has not been redeemed, by contacting info@cranmer.studio. This does not limit any statutory cancellation rights.
Course cancellations by guests: Our standard Course Booking Terms & Conditions apply. Where a refund is due, the voucher-funded portion will normally be returned as voucher credit, retaining its original expiry date. Any refundable bank transfer payment will be returned by bank transfer.
Course cancellations by Cranmer Studio: A full refund will be provided, including the voucher-funded portion. Replacement voucher credit may be offered as an alternative, subject to the customer's agreement and statutory rights.
Refunds following the cancellation of a voucher purchase will be made to the original purchaser using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.

5. General Conditions

Lost vouchers may be reissued upon verification of purchase, retaining their remaining balance and expiry date. Please keep voucher reference numbers secure.
Cranmer Studio may update these terms for future purchases without affecting existing vouchers, except where required by law.
These terms should be read alongside our Cranmer Studio Terms & Conditions and Course Booking Terms & Conditions.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.
